- If you choose to contact us with a question via email, telephone, or U.S. mail, we will collect your email address, telephone number, or mailing address, as applicable, and the content of any message that you choose to provide to us (collectively, “General Inquiry Information”).
- To the extent that you view a Website that we have created for a customer and you choose to provide your information to that customer, we will collect your name, email address, mailing address, and telephone number (collectively, “Contact Information”).
- We collect information from internet cookies as more fully described in the Section below.

Our Website contains internet cookies, which are small data files that are deployed from a web server to your computing device that enable us and our third party service providers to collect certain information from you. How Does Zapprio Use the Information that it Collects?
We use the information that we collect from you or through your use of the Website as detailed below:

We also use General Inquiry Information for our internal business purposes in determining whether to make updates to our Policy and in connection with evaluating changes to our products and services.
- To the extent that we have created a Website for our customer and you provide us with Contact Information, we will provide your Contact Information to our customer for the reasons indicated on the specific Website.
- Usage Information collected from internet cookies is used by Zapprio to: (i) manage the core functionality on our Website, (ii) maintain data security on the Website, (iii) identify and resolve technical issues on our Website, (iv) evaluate how you interact with our content, functions and features available on the Website, on an aggregated basis, (v) optimize the user experience on the Website by understanding the most commonly utilized computing devices and internet browsers used by users to our Website, and (vi) for our internal business purposes in rolling out changes to our Website.
- Marketing Information is used to target you with advertisements for our products and services on the internet. We also use Marketing Information to provide to our customers, who engage us to design custom web applications for them, for purposes of lead generation.
Except as otherwise required by law, by using this Website, you consent to our use of the information that we collect in accordance with this Policy.
Does Zapprio Share Information with Third Parties?
If we create a Website for our third party customer, we will share your Contact Information with that customer as indicated in the preceding Section of this Policy and in accordance with the terms presented to you on that Website.
We utilize third party service providers in order to make our Website available to you, including data and web hosting, software, payment card processing, accounting, marketing, information technology, and legal service providers. We will disclose information that we collect from you with these third party service providers as required for these third party service providers to provide their services to us.
Where a customer of ours engages us to design custom web applications for their customers, we will share Marketing Information, as defined above, for purposes of their lead generation.
In addition to the foregoing, we will also disclose information that we have collected about you under the following circumstances, subject to any restrictions imposed on us under applicable law, including in connection with a business reorganization or sale of Zapprio, or legal process, as detailed below:
Business Reorganization or Sale
In the event that all or substantially of our assets are sold to another company or we merge with another organization, then all of the information that we have collected from and about you will be among the assets provided to the acquiring entity, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Legal Process
If we are required by applicable law to provide information about you, including in response to a subpoena, warrant, or other legal process, we will comply with any such legal requirement. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to challenge any legal request served on us in the appropriate legal forum. Unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law, we will also disclose information that we have collected from or about you if we determine that such a disclosure is required to protect the Zapprio or the safety of any third party.
Children’s Online Privacy
Zapprio does not market to or otherwise solicit Personal Information (defined below) from children under the age of thirteen. You must be eighteen years of age to use the Website. If you are a child under the age of eighteen, please do not provide us with any Personal Information. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child who is under the age of eighteen and you believe that your child may have provided us with Personal Information, please contact us by any of the means provided in the Contact Us Section, which is located at the bottom of this Policy and we will promptly remove your child’s information from our system.
For purposes of this Section only, the term “Personal Information” has the meaning provided in the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (15 U.S.C. § 6501, et. al.) and its regulations, which includes first and last name, home or other physical address, email address, telephone number, social security number, or other identifiers.

The Website includes hyperlinks to third party websites that are not owned or operated by Zapprio (each, a “Third Party Website”). You hereby acknowledge and agree that Zapprio has no control over any content, information, business or privacy practices of any Third Party Website, including any product or services that may be available on or through any such Third Party Website. You further acknowledge and agree that your use of any Third Party Website is entirely at your own risk and Zapprio will have no liability to you or any other party in connection with your use of a Third Party Website.
Do Not Track Signals or Requests
Presently, we do not honor Do Not Track Signals or Requests from internet web browsers.
Revisions to this Policy
Zapprio reserves the right to revise this Policy from time to time in our sole discretion. Whenever we choose to update this Policy, we will update the Last Modified Date that is located at the top of this Policy. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to regularly check this Policy for any updates to these terms. Changes to this Policy will become effective upon their posting. Unless another procedure is imposed on us by applicable law, your use of the Website following any change to this Policy shall constitute your unconditional acceptance of any change. If you disagree with a revision, then you must immediately cease your use of the Website.
Your Options for Updating or Deleting your Information

In accordance with the European Union’s (“EU”) GDPR and the United Kingdom’s Data Protection Act, Zapprio is required to provide data subjects with certain disclosures about their data rights and our collection and processing of personal data.
